PackQR is available on the App Store. Support can help with the app, website, downloadable resources, privacy questions and product information.
Move Planner availability
PackQR 1.2 can detect the separate Move Planner app and offer optional private sharing.
Move Planner is currently completing App Store review and may not yet be available in your region. PackQR Settings reports whether Move Planner is detected on this device.
Sharing remains off by default. When enabled, PackQR prepares a private aggregate summary on the device, but sends nothing to a server and Move Planner must be installed to read it. Item names, notes, photographs, QR information and backup contents are never shared.

Useful details to include
- The page address or name of the downloadable guide involved.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- Your browser and device when reporting a website issue.
- For an app issue, include the PackQR version and build shown at the bottom of Settings, the iPhone/iPad model, iOS version and exact steps.
- For Move Planner integration questions, say whether sharing is enabled in PackQR, whether Move Planner is installed, and which room or workflow action you used.
- Screenshots with private household information removed where possible.
Do not send private contents unless needed: PackQR support does not need your full moving inventory for most issues. A short description, screenshots without private item names, and exact steps are usually enough.
