The PackQR Moving Library is written and reviewed under the editorial responsibility of Ross Williams, the operator and developer behind PackQR.
Original and practical content
PackQR articles are created specifically for this website. They are intended to turn real moving problems into clear, practical steps. The site does not publish copied articles, paid guest posts or content created primarily to carry advertising links.
Experience and review
Guides draw on Ross’s experience across rentals, cohabiting flats and family moves, alongside having university-aged children considering their next moves and supporting older relatives through storage, downsizing and retirement-stage relocations. Each article displays an author and publication date so readers can see who is accountable for it and when it was released.
Safety and regulated topics
Moving can involve lifting, vehicles, gas, electricity, tenancy responsibilities, insurance, customs and other regulated or safety-sensitive matters. PackQR provides general information only. Articles identify sensible limits and encourage qualified professional help where mistakes could cause injury, damage or legal problems.
Commercial independence
PackQR does not currently publish sponsored articles, paid placements or affiliate links. Product references are included because the website supports the PackQR project, and the app’s App Store review status is stated clearly.
Infographics and illustrations
PackQR infographics and illustrations are produced for the PackQR website. The downloadable guides may be saved, printed and shared for personal use when the PackQR footer remains intact. They may not be resold or included in paid redistribution without written permission.
Corrections and updates
Material errors, unclear wording and outdated information are corrected when identified. Significant website and product changes are recorded on the Updates page. To report a correction, email support@packqr.app with the page address and the point that needs review.
Scope
The Moving Library is educational and practical. It is not a substitute for advice from a solicitor, financial adviser, medical professional, qualified tradesperson, removal specialist or relevant public authority.
