PackQR is a private, local-first moving box scanner for iPhone and iPad. It helps people record what is inside each box, protect Sensitive Boxes with device authentication, start a scoped collaboration nearby with one Contributor, receive encrypted returned additions directly or remotely, print privacy-safe QR labels and find important items without creating a hosted PackQR account or subscription. Who operates PackQR
PackQR is an independent UK software project operated by Ross Williams.
Why it exists
Moving information is often spread across labels, notes, photographs, messages and half-remembered boxes. PackQR is intended to bring those details into one focused workflow while keeping private contents off the outside of each box.
The product and editorial library are shaped around real moving stages rather than business inventory management, advertising or recurring subscription tiers.
How the website is accountable
